Spa and Sauna

Our Spa is heated to a warm 38 degrees and the dry heated Sauna to 80 degrees.

  • Spa and Sauna access is limited to 16 years +
  • All patrons are required to shower before entering Spa or Sauna
  • All patrons are required to be wearing a Wristband whilst sitting in the sauna. Available at reception.
  • Please ensure you bring a towel to sit on in the Sauna
  • Please refrain from using these facilities if you have:
    • High blood pressure
    • Heart conditions 
    • Pregnant
